I am a The Sports Training Co-ordinator at Power Muscle and Fitness. Fitness, nutrition and helping others are my passions. I love the fitness lifestyle, community and assisting others to see and reach their potential. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology (BSc) and a wide variety of certifications and experience in fitness, nutrition, group fitness, transformation coaching, athletic therapy and sports medicine. I am a CPA national-level bodybuilding competitor and aspire to become an IFBB professional.

I Sarah is a PMF team member and Certified Personal Trainer. She has been an athlete all her life, playing sports like basketball and soccer. She is very passionate about fitness, specifically bodybuilding and is looking forward to competing this June. She hopes to encourage more females in the gym to lift weights, break stereotypes and empower women to be strong and confident. She hopes to meet you and help you become the best version of yourself!
